Material Printed in TPU 92A elastomer to provide a tough, durable and tear resistant component for use in off road racing.
Service 3D laser scanning and reverse engineering of an obsolete part to capture the original design and 3D CAD modeling to replicate the part for 3D printing.
Application Throttle covers are flexible boots manufactured in rubber which perish overtime. This project replaced a discontinued part for Kawasaki KX125 motorbikes with a superior TPU component, 3D printed on demand, to enable these bikes to continue racing without further investment in production tooling.
