Laser Cut Gaskets, Shims and Washers

You need a unique gasket, shim or washer to complete your assembly for rigorous real-life testing.

Your rapid prototype isn’t complete until it’s fully assembled – and that includes the additional parts that seal, space and protect the assembly. Having bespoke gaskets, shims and washers cut to order at the same time as your CAD design is printed saves time and, as our engineers are working with the model in hand, removes any room for error.

We use high power CO2 laser cutting and engraving to produce your parts in a range of materials including:

We can produce intricate and delicate parts with our 3D model printers up to a maximum size of 600 x 900mm, within a range of thicknesses from 0.1mm – 10mm (dependant on material used) and can supply parts with a self-adhesive backing.

For our 3D model printers we use your 3D CAD data or 2D CAD data (supplied in DXF format) for single components and volume manufacture, each one cut to the same standard of accuracy.
